Technical maintenance disables your exchange service from operating online, meaning clients cannot create exchanges during this time.

Activating Technical Maintenance

To disable the site and activate technical maintenance (which also disables XML/JSON/TXT rate export):

• Log in to your admin panel.

• Click the Settings button in the upper-right corner.

• In the dropdown menu, find the Maintenance option.

• Toggle the switch to the On position, as shown in the image below.

Disabling Technical Maintenance Mode

To reactivate your site after technical maintenance:

1. Log in to your admin panel.

2. Click the Settings button in the upper-right corner.

3. In the dropdown menu, find the Maintenance option.

4. Toggle the switch to the Off position, as shown in the image below.
