Technical maintenance disables your exchange service from operating online, meaning clients cannot create exchanges during this time.
To disable the site and activate technical maintenance (which also disables XML/JSON/TXT rate export):
Log in to your admin panel.
Click the Settings button in the upper-right corner.
In the dropdown menu, find the Maintenance option.
Toggle the switch to the On position, as shown in the image below.

To reactivate your site after technical maintenance:
Log in to your admin panel.
Click the Settings button in the upper-right corner.
In the dropdown menu, find the Maintenance option.
Toggle the switch to the Off position, as shown in the image below.
