To withdraw their affiliate balance, a user should log in, navigate to the profile settings page, select the "Affiliate Program" section, click "" -> choose one of the available withdrawal methods, fill out the required fields in the withdrawal request form, and click "".
If the user has no available methods to withdraw the affiliate balance, activate an affiliate direction on the "" page or use the guide to create new affiliate directions: Partnership areas / DONE
After successfully creating an affiliate withdrawal, the user will be redirected to the payment processing page, and a new affiliate withdrawal request will appear on the "" page in the admin panel.
The user can also view the history of affiliate withdrawals by going to the affiliate balance section in their account and clicking "y" -> A popup window will display the history of requests.
In the admin panel on the "" affiliate withdrawal requests for referral balances are displayed.
Requests are organized into sections based on their status
To view the details of an affiliate exchange, click "Select" in the field of the desired request.

Amount in USD: The amount to be deducted from the user’s affiliate balance.
User-entered fields: Information filled out by the user during the request creation stage.
Amount in payout currency: The currency amount to be sent to the client.
Current request status: The present status of the request.
Request creation date and time: Timestamp when the request was made.
Your profit for this request: Calculated profit, considering the values for "Fixed Commission" and "Received Commission" as configured in the affiliate settings.
User information: Details of the user who created the request (last name, first name, email, IP, and ID).
Available statuses: Status options that can be applied to the request.
Affiliate funds can only be withdrawn manually.
After opening the request details, copy the withdrawal address selected by the user for their affiliate balance and set the appropriate status for the request (see the table below for status details).

The withdrawal amount (USD) is deducted from the affiliate balance. The status is set after the funds are successfully withdrawn to the user.

The withdrawal amount (USD) is returned to the affiliate balance.
