On the page ‘Site Settings’ - in the section ‘Configs’ - in the block ‘BOT PROTECTION’ you can add IP addresses to the whitelist of the internal Antiflood system, as well as configure Captcha and its display on the site.
In the ‘DDOS WhiteList IPs’ field it is possible to specify a list of IPs that will be added to the Antiflood system white list. IPs should be specified without a space and separated by commas. Example: 1.1.1.1,2.2.2.2,2001:0db8:85a3:0000:0000:8a2e:0370:7334
. IPv4 and IPv6 are supported.
By default, on the client side, after a certain number of unsuccessful attempts at registration, authorisation, application creation, or submitting a request via the feedback form, the Antiflood system will activate, and a cooldown will be applied to the user who made the repeated requests. An example of a cooldown after unsuccessful authorisation attempts can be seen in the .
In case the IP from which registration/authorisation/request creation/request submission via feedback form is sent is added to the ‘DDOS WhiteList IPs’, the Antiflood system will not apply cooldown to the user with IP from the white list in case of unsuccessful requests.
In the "PROTECTOR" field, you can select the system that will be used for Captcha. The Site Key and Secret Key fields are for entering the keys for the service you are configuring. More details on setting up reCaptcha: Installing reCAPTCHA
If a service, such as reCaptcha, is selected in the "PROTECTOR" field, the Captcha block will be displayed by default in the authorisation and registration forms, as shown in the example . To submit an authorisation or registration request, the user will need to complete the Captcha. If you need to enable Captcha verification when creating an application, select "Yes" for the "PROTECT CREATE ORDER" field and click "Save". An example of Captcha display when creating an application is shown in the screenshot .
