Connecting Zoho Mail

Create a Zoho Mail account.

  1. Go to the Zoho Mail page -> Pricing and select the MAIL LITE plan.

  2. Register your account and click the button to add a domain.

  3. Set up the DNS for domain verification as instructed.

  4. Create a super admin and add an email for support.

  5. Set up DNS records for email.

Obtain SMTP access.

  1. Go to Mail Settings -> Tools & Configurations -> Configurations

  2. and look in the Outgoing / SMTP block

  3. The username and password you used when registering for email will be used for sending.

Set the access credentials in the admin panel.

Important: Before entering your credentials, try logging into ZOHO with them. If you did not uncheck the "Force user to change password on next login" option, you will need to set a new password for that user upon login, which should then be entered in the settings. The system cannot operate with a temporary password.

  1. Set the access credentials obtained in the previous step, for example:
