Connecting LiveChat

To connect, you need to visit the official website LiveChat.

1. Register an account

2. Obtain a chat code where you will copy your License ID (which is also the Chat ID in our system)

3. Go to your admin panel and navigate to Site Settings -> Online chat.

4. In the System field, select LiveChat.

5. In the Chat ID field, enter the License ID obtained in the second step of this instruction.

6. Click Save
