CrystalBlockchain AML module setup instructions
Click on your profile in the top right corner, then select "Profile." On the opened page, navigate to the "API Management" section and the API Key.
Go to the admin panel of the BoxExchanger script, and navigate to the "AML Modules" page. - Click on the in the block for the CrystalBlockchain module.
On the module settings page, paste the API Key you copied in step 2 into the "Access Key" field and click "".
Configuring Risk Parameters
Max risk score (%): This indicates the maximum overall risk percentage analyzed by CrystalBlockchain.
Max high-risk score (%): This indicates the maximum percentage of coins that came from dangerous sources.
Recommended Risk Values: Max risk score (%) = 50 Max high risk score (%) = 1.5 Important: Both fields must be filled out correctly.
Available Signals for Regulating Maximum Percentage
In the AML module settings under the "SIGNALS" section, you can specify the risk percentage for certain signals. For example, set a limit of no more than 0.5% for the dark_service signal.
To ignore the check for a specific signal, set the value to 100 or 0. This setting will ignore the signal but will continue to consider the overall risk percentage and the sum of risk percentages for dangerous signals.
Dangerous Signals:
dark_service - Coins related to child exploitation, terrorism financing, or drug trafficking.
dark_market - Coins used for purchases on the dark web.
child_exploitation - Coins associated with child exploitation.
enforcement_action - Coins related to a subject undergoing legal proceedings.
terrorism_financing - Coins linked to terrorism financing.
exchange_fraudulent - Coins from exchanges associated with fraud, illegal activities, or funds seized by the government.
scam - Coins obtained through customer deception.
illegal_service - Coins associated with illegal activities.
stolen_coins - Stolen coins.
mixer - Coins passed through a mixer to obscure tracking, often used for money laundering.
ransom - Coins obtained through extortion or blackmail.
seized_assets - Cryptocurrency confiscated by the government, with a default risk assessment of 0%.
sanctions - Coins associated with entities on sanctions lists or owning sanctioned addresses, including those imposed by governments or law enforcement.
gambling - Coins related to unlicensed online casinos.
Suspicious Signals:
atm - Coins from cryptocurrency ATMs.
exchange_unlicensed - Coins associated with organizations lacking specific business licenses for crypto assets and providing exchange services with a central counterparty, including licensed organizations in non-cooperative FATF jurisdictions.
p2p_exchange_unlicensed - Coins linked to organizations that do not hold specific licenses and provide direct exchange services between participants, including licensed organizations in non-cooperative FATF jurisdictions.
other - Coins for which CrystalBlockchain cannot determine affiliation with any category.
Safe Signals:
wallet - Coins associated with services for storing and processing cryptocurrency payments..
payment - Coins related to services acting as intermediaries between customers and companies providing services in exchange for payment.
liquidity_pools - Coins linked to smart contracts where tokens are locked to ensure liquidity.
marketplace - Coins associated with organizations offering legal services or trading goods for cryptocurrency.
