KYC SumSub Module / DONE

Instructions for setting up the SumSub verification module

The instructions are annotated with illustrations of the steps described. Click on the dotted text to see the annotation.

  1. Register an account in SumSub service via the link and log in to your personal account.

  2. Go to ‘Dev space’ -> ‘WebSDK settings’. Under the field ‘Domains to host Web SDK’ click ‘Add domain’ -> insert a link to your exchange service in the format https://www.yourexchanger.com/ -> click "".

  3. In the admin panel of the BoxExchanger script, go to the page "Additional modules" -> in the section "KYC SYSTEM" click on the SumSub module settings -> copy your "".

  4. Go back to SumSub LK -> ‘Dev space’ -> ‘App tokens’ -> click"" -> in the ‘Name’ field specify a convenient name for the token -> for ‘Allowed IPs to sign in for Dashboard’ select ‘Allow only specified addressed’ -> in the field enter the ‘Public IP’ you copied in step 3 -> click "".

  5. Copy values from SumSub personal cabinet -> click ‘Confirm saving and leaving’ -> go to the admin panel of BoxExchanger script to the SumSub module settings page -> paste the copied ‘Token’ value into the ‘Access token’ field and click ‘Save’ -> paste the ‘Secret Key’ value into the ‘Access secret’ field andclick "".

  6. From the SumSub settings page in the BoxExchanger admin panel, copy the value "".

  7. Go back to SumSub account - ‘Webhooks’ - ‘Webhook manager’ -> click "" -> on the opened settings page (screenshot of settings), in the "Name" field specify a convenient name for the webhook -> for ‘Webhook receiver’ leave the value ‘HTTP address’ -> in the ‘Target’ field paste the copied link from step 6 -> for ‘Webhook types’ select ‘ApplicantReviewed’ -> for ‘Applicant types’ select ‘Individual’ -> copy the value from the ‘Secret key’ field -> paste the ‘Secret key’ value from the ‘Applicant types’ field. > paste ‘Secret key’ in the admin panel of the script on the module settings page in the "" and click "Save" -> return to the SumSub webhook settings page -> for ‘Signature algorithm’ select ‘SHA256’ (we also support SHA512) -> for ‘Try to resend failed webhooks several times’ leave the checkbox active -> click "".

  8. Go to ‘Integrations’ - subsection ‘Individials’ - configure your own ‘Level’ (documentation here) / choose from existing ones -> copy the name ‘Level’ -> go to the admin panel of the script to the settings page of the SumSub module -> paste the name ‘Level’ into the ‘Level name’ field and click "".

To select the required KYC module go to the page ‘Site Settings’ - in the block ‘USER SETTINGS’ select the required module from the drop-down list - click ""

  1. To verify the work of the module, go to the user's Personal Area on your site - section ‘Profile’ and click on the button

In the admin panel of the script - on the ‘Users’ page, verified accounts are marked. Also, in case of successful verification, in the admin panel on the user page, the slider opposite ‘Verified’ will be in the active position..
