Instructions for setting up document upload
The ‘Documents’ function allows you to request from the client, for example, an invoice for payment at any stage of the application.
Supported image formats for uploading images on the application page, in the ‘Documents’ block: .png, .jpeg, .jpg
Adding the feature
To add a document upload block to your application, go to the referral settings -> ‘Verifications’ step -> under ‘Documents’, click ‘Add’. Follow the instructions:
In the ‘Title’ field specify a suitable title that will be displayed on the application page in the document upload block.
For the ‘Status’ field, from the drop-down list, select the status of the request for which the block with document upload will be displayed. For more details about the request statuses, please refer to the instructions: Request statuses
In the ‘Description’ section, provide instructions for the customer.
The text in the ‘Description’ section can be localised using language tags. An example of localisation is on the .
In the ‘Number of photos’ field, specify the required number of images to upload.
Save the direction settings.

Uploading documents
On the application page for the selected status, a block with documents upload will be displayed.
To upload documents it is necessary to:
On the application page click on ‘Upload’ in the documents block.
In the window that appears read the instructions that were specified when setting up the document in the ‘Description’ section.
Click on the image upload block -> upload the required number of images.
After successful upload, the ‘Accepted’ notification will be displayed.
In order for the documents to be accepted, the client needs to upload exactly the number of images that was specified when setting up the documents in the ‘Number of photos’ field.
Interaction with uploaded documents
Uploaded documents are displayed in the application details. In order to familiarise yourself with the uploaded documents you need to:
On the ‘Exchange List’ page -> go to the application details.
In the "" section click on the file icon.
In the opened window read the documents. You have the possibility to:
a) Click on the image of the document to enlarge it.
b) Get information about the date and time of document upload.
c) Get information about the status of the application for which the documents were uploaded.
