Many #Email templates / DONEuse variables that can be localised. Settings for localisation of such variables are available on the page ‘Site Settings’ - section ‘Localisation’.

To change the text of a variable, click ‘Change’ against the required language -> on the variable settings page of the given language, change the required variable -> click ‘Save’ against the variable.
